Aidan Guida – Founder & Captain
Born and raised in Cape May, New Jersey, Aidan Guida grew up with salt in his veins. He got hooked on fishing at a young age, learning the ropes from his dad and spending countless hours on the water. After years running a 17’ Mako, he leveled up to a 23’ Sportsman at just 15 — taking it 40+ miles offshore with a single 200 like it was nothing.

By 19, Aidan was captaining a 33’ Everglades, chasing bigger fish and even bigger goals. In 2024, that boat was struck by lightning — a setback that only fueled the fire. In 2025, the crew stepped up to a 37’ Everglades, which they run today.

Still living at the Jersey Shore, Aidan is a self-taught offshore fisherman who’s always ready for what the ocean throws his way. No shortcuts, no fear — just pure drive every time he leaves the dock.

Nick Leonetti – Founder & Captain
Nick Leonetti grew up in Elmer, New Jersey, with a deep love for hunting, fishing, and the outdoors. Like Aidan, he chose hands-on work experience over college, building a future in the family business while staying close to his passion for the water.

His offshore journey kicked off when his family bought a house in North Wildwood, NJ. What started with a small skiff quickly turned into a full obsession — moving through boats yearly up to a 32’ Tidewater and now running a fully loaded 31’ Steiger Craft, built to catch whatever the ocean dishes out.

Nick bleeds saltwater. Whether it’s glass calm or blowing 20+, he’s always locked in and ready for whatever comes crashing through the spread.
